CANCELLATION POLICY
kindly ask that all clients provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. If proper notice is not given within this timeframe, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be required to rebook a new date and time. This deposit will be applied toward your next appointment. However, if that new appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
